• Welding, cutting, and grinding through clamping rotation and tilting the
pipes. For automated operation with a two-dimensional adjustable torch
clamping system to increase productivity.
• Able to hold pipes with elbows, tee pieces, or other offset loads.
• 3 sets of clamping rollers are renewable and able to supply special clamps or
clamp rollers for workpieces with small clamping space.
• Wide range of pipes can be clamped, rotary speed will not be affected by
the diameter of the pipes.
• Very convenient, quick precise centering and clamping, and works without
a chuck.
• Floating clamp device is able to clamp and rotate workpiece with
unfavorable sphericity
• Rigid structure, good integrity and can be conveniently transited, driving unit
can be protected inside the bracket of the machine (eg. rotate/tilt unit).
• ±40°tilt function allows the pipe–flange to implement fillet welding in a flat
position.
